• Registration for Club Group Rides is available only AFTER Registration is manually opened by the Ride Leader (usually within 5-7 days prior to Ride Date).
• When open, unless restricted to “members only” by the Ride Leader (very rare), anyone can register for a Club Group Ride. 
• If a ride is oversubscribed, you can put yourself on the Wait List. 

• To start the registration process (when Registration is enabled- usually 5-7 days prior to Ride Date) or just view Ride Information (when Registration is NOT enabled), anyone - Sussex Cyclists Member or non-member - has the option to click on a calendar Group Ride event. 
• When Registration is enabled, the "Register" button will be visible in the last line of the left column of the Ride Information. 
• if a current Sussex Cyclists Member has logged in, most of the required information to register will be automatically populated from our membership data base.
• Non-members should enter all required information manually.    
• If Registration is NOT enabled, clicking on a calendar Group Ride event will still provide information about the selected Club Group Ride. "TBA*" (To Be Announced) may appear in some portions of the Ride Info; Ride Leaders make an effort to have all "TBA's" updated with specific information no later than three (3) days prior to the Event Date.
• If Registration NOT AVAILABLE appears (because a Club Group Ride has reached its maximum allowable riders), you can follow the prompts to be put on the Wait List. [NOTE TO WILD APRICOT MEMBER USERS: the app does not support being put on the Wait List; use the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer]
• If a Registrant cancels, The first person on the wait list will be automatically moved up to a Registered slot and receive an automated confirmation email.
• In some cases you will receive an confirmation email from the ride leader advising you have a Registered slot (probably because their in an "overflow" Club Ride Leader)
• If you are on the Wait List and don't receive a confirmation email, don't plan on showing up at Ride Start. You must contact the Ride Leader in advance to see if you can be a "standby" rider.
• Sussex Cyclists Members have the option of using the (green) Wild Apricot MEMBER app (download form your App Store) to view and sign up for Club Group Rides. Only current Sussex Cyclists Ride Leadership Group individual have the (orange) Wild Apricot ADMIN app .

• For all rides, Sussex Cyclists policy is that participation is subject to the Ride Leaders’ discretion (for a fuller description please read the “RSVP” section contained in the Ride Information for every Club Group Ride).
  

Registration requires that you select the appropriate option:

(a) you have read and agree to the the Sussex Cyclists Liability Waiver;

(b) you have read and agree to the the Sussex Cyclists Group Riding Requirements; and,

(c) you agree to include your name on a public list of event [Group Ride] registrants.  This allows all prospective and registered riders to know with whom they are riding prior to showing up for a Club Group Ride.
